Wayne Memorial Girls Golf team loses a tough one to Livonia Franklin 247-233 at Fellows Creek Golf Course (West). The Zebra's were led by Junior Vanessa Kinsey and Senior Jolie Bradshaw with 58's. Freshman Lilly London chipped in with a 64 and Senior Avrian Bradshaw shot a 67. The Zebra's face off with John Glenn Tuesday, September 3rd at Fellows.

Wayne Memorial Girls Golf team is looking to add players for the 2024-25 school year. No experience is needed but a plus if you have prior knowledge. Summer hitting is currently on the way and we will start game/match play in early August. The Wayne Memorial Boys Golf Team is looking for interested individuals that want to be part of something special. Playing experience is a plus but not required. Team open hitting starts when we get back from mid-winter break on Monday, February 26th in the cage (room 88). Team time will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2:15 to 3:30. The Wayne Memorial Girls Golf Team traveled to Whispering Willows to play first place Churchill and didn't get the victory but learned a lot from their 5 seniors and 1 junior. Vanessa Kinsey led the Wayne scorers. Wayne will travel to Franklin on the 25th for their last match of the 2023-24 season.
